Flower Face: An Evening of Stories, Scents and Flowers. Join us, in partnership with Bigglestones Books, as we welcome author Brigid Lowe to celebrate her debut novel - The Bloody Branch, a feminist, ecogothic retelling of Welsh myths from her childhood. Bring together the beauty of storytelling, flowers and fragrances found in the pages of Brigid's book, in an intimate and immersive evening. Meet Brigid and engage in author discussion, intertwined with readings from the book, as we gain insight into the inspirational women, including Blodeuwedd- a woman made of flowers. You will use a combination of locally sourced flowers, guidance from LUSH florists and a spritz of LUSH perfume to create a sensory celebration inspired by the themes of the book. Ticket price includes 1 x copy of the book, a drink from the LUSH Cafe and your posy pot. In collaboration with Bigglestones Books, an independent bookshop in Glassford Street in Glasgow's Merchant City. Ages: Adults only (18+)
