Why a nighttime routine is important.

What time should I go to bed? What are some tips on how to sleep better? These are just a few questions that linger in our minds when we’re tired but can’t seem to drift off. Sleep. It’s something that most of us would like more of, but finding the time can be a difficult balancing act.

What happens when you don’t get enough sleep?
